Tenderfoot Fitness Requirements & Summer Camp Pre-Reqs

For this meeting we will be doing the Tenderfoot fitness requirements. This will be a good opportunity for any Scout not yet at Tenderfoot to complete these requirements. Also, for any Scout attending summer camp, this will be a good night to meet with a Leader to make sure you have completed the prerequisites for your merit badges correctly or get direction on what you need to do to complete them prior to Summer Camp.

Meetings for the summer now end at 9:00 PM.

We are an experienced group of Scouters dedicated to teaching leadership and Scouting skills to aspiring young men, ages 11-18.  Our program at Camp Spirit is boy-Led and focused on the Three Aims of Scouting:Camp Spirit Logo

  • Character Development
  • Citizenship Training
  • Personal Fitness

The ideals of Scouting are spelled out in the Scout Oath, the Scout Law, the Scout Motto, and the Scout Slogan.  The Boy Scout measures himself against these ideals and continually tries to improve.  Since our Scout program is boy-led, the Scouts plan their activities and events and learn leadership through the process.  Our Scouts also have lots of fun in a program with a wide range of activities throughout the year.  Check out the Photos section to view pictures of recent events.  Our Troop Meeting is held every Monday night from 7:00 – 8:30 PM at Camp Spirit in Fogelsville, PA. We welcome new Scouts anytime!
